We built the automation first - a pipeline that takes a design, prints it in multi-color, writes the NFC chip, and ships it in 48 hours. Somewhere along the way the result became a product.
We run a print farm in the EU. We wrote our own NFC programmer on an ESP32. We ship from inside the bloc - faster delivery and GDPR compliance without effort. No subscription, no lock-in, just a thing on your keys that works.
